- Take oil in a pan let it hot add cumin seeds stir for 5 seconds then add onions and red whole chillies fry for 10 minutes or till you feel it's getting pinkish golden.Now add vegetables if you are using non stick pan so there is no need of water it will cook in steam otherwise you can add half cup of water.cook till it's get tender completely.
