- Now, add in the blender jar: the boiled Suran pieces, along with the freshly chopped coriander leaves & the EVOO- to give a shiny texture to it
- Give all a really nice blend- Should turn out to an absolutely shiny smooth paste
- Now, in a mixing bowl: Add in the measured rest all other ingredients & the prepared Suran paste & lime juice & give it a nice mix, altogether
- Dish out in a serving bowl- Garnish with some peri-peri powder sprinkles on its top & a fresh sprig of coriander leaf & serve the same with some Nachos
