  3. Add in your potatoes and meat, stir the mixture for a few minutes then proceed to add the spices and salt. Cover the mixture and let it cook for around 5-7min.
  4. Proceed to add the broth you had set aside earlier (use ratio of rice to water 1:2). If broth is not enough, add some water
  5. After it has boiled for a few minutes, put in the pre-soaked rice and cook till the water dries up
  6. Remove sufuria from the jiko, add a few pieces of charcoal on top of it, to dry the rice completely, this will take around 15min
  7. Serve with kachumbari and pilipili, Enjoy😊
