- Pour lemon juice on chillies
- Cut mozzarella block in length wise strips.
- Fill the chilli with mozzarella cheese
- Mix red chilli powder,garlic powder,black pepper powder,flour and salt.
- Beat eggs very well.
- Sprinkle little chicken powder on chillies
- 1st coat chillies in dry batter
- 2nd dip in eggs
- 3rd again coat in dry batter
- 4th again dip in eggs
- 5th coat in crumbs And - Fry golden brown
- Dip - Mix well, - mayonnaise - Mustard paste - chilli garlic sauce
