  1. Sieve the plain flour, add margarine, salt and rub with fingers until crumbly.
  2. Add water slowly to knead the soft dough. Keep aside
  3. Now in a pan boil water and add one spoon oil add macaroni and bring to boil. Stir continuously and boil for 10 minutes, rinse thoroughly to remove the starch. Keep aside.
  4. Now take another pan and add one tablespoon oil, heat it and fry peanuts till golden take out and keep aside.

  7. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the potlis until golden brown.
  8. Serve hot with ketchup or any dip of your choice.
