- Prepare 1/2 litre milk
- Make ready 4 tbsp sugar

Instructions to make Cream Chop/ Malai Chop:
- For stuffing: boil milk, sugar, ghee altogether until all the moisture removed and allow it to cool at room temperature.
- To make chop: boil the milk and add vinegar and stir milk until curdles completely.
- Pour curdled milk into a strainer and strain. Rinse with cold water to avoid the acidic flavour.
- Keep the chenna into the strainer and cover for 2 hours to remove the excess whey.
- After 2 hours put the chena into a plate add semolina, maida, baking powder.
- Mix well and knead with your palm till it becomes smooth and uniform.
- Make a dough and keep aside the dough for 10 minutes.
- Take a little portion from the dough and give the round pattie shape like a chop.
- To make sugar syrup: In a kadhai add water, sugar, lime juice on a high heat.
- When it starts to boil, add the chop.Cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes on high heat.
- After 10 minutes flip each chop with a spoon and cook for another 10 minutes. Then turn off the gas and allow to cool completely.
- Add orange essence to the chop and mix well.
- Now transfer all the chop into a strainer to remove the excess sugar syrup.
- Cut in half portion each with a sharp knife.
- Put 1 tsp stuffing on some of the chop.
- Cover it with some other chop on which you don't put the stuffing.
- Now garnish with tri coloured tutti-frutti and serve.
- Note: You can use any kind of essence or dry fruits according to your choice.
