  1. Cut chicken boneless in cubes. Marinate with all marination ingredients, cover and keep in fridge for 1 hr. Heat oil in a pan, add finely chop garlic, fry till aroma comes. Add chicken cubes.fry till chicken changes it's colour. Add the marinade in pan, cover the pan and let chicken cook on low flame till tender. If needed, add little water or stock.
  2. In a pot, take chicken stock, add all ingredients except cornflour, mix well. Cook 2-3 minutes. Add cooked chicken cubes from othr pan. Cook 5 minutes on medium flame. Mix cornflour in water at room temperature & add in gravy. Mix well by stiring. There should be no lumps. Adjust consistency to required texture.
  3. Take Bell peppers & Chillies of different colours.cut Chillies Diagonaly and Bell Peppers in cubes. Toss all in 1 Tbsp melted butter/ Oil in a pan in which chicken was cooked, for just a minute or 2. Add these in gravy.serve hot with fried rice.enjoy
