- Get corn flour

- First bring the milk to boil then simmer the gas and boil it for more 10 mins.
- Mix the cornflour in little cold milk and add it to the boiling milk. Boil the milk for more 5 minutes with countinous stirring. Now keep the milk to cool down.
- Now finlly chop the fruits
- Pour the milk in a blender jar add the fresh cream, condensed milk and Sugar to it. Now blend it for at least five minutes and keep it in freezer.
- When the milk freezes upto 70% add the fruits to it and blend it for just 1 or 2 rounds so that the fruits will get mixed easily. Keep it in freezer.
- After 1 hour bring it out mix well with a spoon and pour it in an air tight container and keep it in freezer until the milk freezes. Then enjoy whenever you want totally homemade ice cream without any worries
