  1. Method: - Heat oil and fry onions until crispy and take it out (this step only if you don't have ready crispy fried onions).
  2. Then fry potatoe and take it out, then in same oil add ginger/garlic paste, green chilli paste, cinamon stick and bay leaves and add chicken then add red chilli And bhunofy then in yogurt add onions and grind it or just add seperate yogurt and crispy onion and add potatoe too, ad salt 1 tsp and let it cook.
  3. Boil egg in a pan and when it's boiled add it in yellow colour then when chicken done add egg in it. - - Yummy kaliyan salan ready 😋
