- Boil the eggs, deshell and cut into half
- Heat oil in a pan and saute the chopped onions till it turns to translucent. - Add ginger and garlic and saute for couple of minutes until the ginger garlic gives off it's aroma.
- Add Tomatoes, mushrooms along with salt and saute. - Now add all spice powders and saute till the raw smell is gone.
- Add 2 tbsp coconut milk and half cup of water, allow it to cook well
- Add the boiled eggs, coriander leaves and toss it well
