  1. Sauté onions, green onions, garlic and jalapeños until onions are translucent.
  2. Sauté tomatoes for 5 mins.
  3. Add in drained beans and sauté for 5 mins.
  4. Add in tomato sauce or pasta sauce and cook for 5 mins.
  5. Add in some of the liquid beans were cooked in, just enough to cover beans.
  6. Add in quinoa and boil for 30 mins until quinoa is fully cooked.
  7. Add in parsley and chives and cook for 5 mins.
  8. The chili should not have any runny liquid but should not be dry as well.
  9. Spoon into bread bowl and enjoy!
