- Prepare Water to boil (as needed)
- Prepare Hakka Noodles
- Prepare ginger garlic paste

- In a pan take water,add salt and boil it.Add Hakka noodles and boil, do not overcook it. Strain noodles and sprinkle little oil so that noodles don't stick.
- Take iron Kadai heat oil add ginger garlic paste, saute it for 1 minute then add all cut vegetables and salt.
- Saute all vegetables for 2 minutes when crunchy add boiled noodles and all sauces one by one red chilli sauce,tomato sauce,soya sauce
- Then add boiled noodles and toss it properly.Saute it for a minute.add a pinch of black pepper.
- Garnish with fresh coriander.Serve hot Hakka noodles in a plate and enjoy with tomato ketchup
