- Get 1 kg Chicken (I used chicken thighs)

- Get 4 tbsp Rice
- Get 6 tbsp Wheat (porridge)
- Get 1 tsp Salt
- Prepare Garnish
- Make ready slices Fried Onion
- Take Green chillies chopped
- Make ready Ginger Julienne cut
- Get Fresh coriander chopped
- Take slices Lemon
Instructions to make Daleem:
- Soak all lentils wheat and rice overnight. Discard the water.
- In pot add all lentils, rice, wheat, salt and water. Cook until it becomes tender. Blend them using hand blender.
- In a pressure cooker add chicken, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, onion, tomato, ginger garlic paste, green chillies and water.
- Cook until chicken becomes tender. If water is left, save it for later use.
- Remove the bones and shred the chicken slightly(if you don't want no problem because during cooking it becomes mixed automatically).
- Add oil and haleem masala to chicken and cook until oil becomes separate.
- Add prepared cereals mixtures to the chicken, and leftover water mix well and cook well until it becomes ready.
- Garnish with above-mentioned veggies and enjoy with naan or rice.
