- In a degchi add ghee,fry onions on medium heat until crispy light brown. Take out on a kitchen tissue. Once cool,crush these onions in mortal and pastel.
- In a bowl add dahi,ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder,dhania powder,salt,haldi,and pinch of orange colour,jaefel jawetri powder.mix well and keep aside.
- In the same pot which had ghee add suburb garam masalas and chicken,fry chicken until it changes colour and bhun jae ache se.
- Add dahi mixture and cook for 10-15mins,once chicken is done add the crushed onions.
- Mix and cook well until ghee comes above,add kewra water.
- Dish out and serve with Sheermaal and Naan.
