  2. Prepare 150 gm jaggery

Instructions to make Peanut Chikki:
  1. Peel the peanuts and roast them for not more than 1 minute, then crush the peanuts.
  2. Heat jaggery in a pan, melt the jaggery for 5 minutes and prepare one string jaggery syrup.
  3. Add 1/2 teaspoon ghee & cardamom powder in the syrup and add the crushed peanuts. Turn-off the flame after adding the peanuts.
  4. Mix it well.
  5. Grease a steel plate with ghee.
  6. Add the caramelized peanuts into the plate. Let it set for 10 minutes.
  7. After setting, cut into pieces of your choice.
  8. Peanuts chikki is ready.
