  6. Pour the thickened eggs over the spinach, with a teaspoon scatter the fat crème fraîche over the eggs.
  7. Sprinkle a layer of cheese over the eggs crème fraîche. Put the dish under the broiler / grill for 10 minutes until the cheese melts and browns.
  8. Toast the cut side of the roll on the broiler / grill for the last 3 minutes.
  9. To serve place the dish on a plate with the roll.
