- Cook egg, for this sandwich over easy is the most requested in our house.
- Take the seeds out of jalapeno while egg is cooking and cut into strips. Skip this if you don't like spicy.
- On one side of toast place cheese. On the other side place the egg, breaking the yolk and soaking bread. Top with bacon, jalapeno slices, and other piece of toast.
- I pack this sandwich for the hubby to eat on the way to work. He asks for it nearly every morning, sometimes sub sausage for bacon, and hoagie bread for toast. Variations here are only limited to your imagination! Enjoy!!
