  1. Soak rice in enough water for 4 hours and wash nicely.
  2. Grind smoothly soaked rice with sufficient water and salt to taste.

  4. Take a heavy bottomed kadhai apply coconut oil, pour batter, add sufficient water.
  5. Saute continuously till the mixture forms single dumpling.
  6. This will take 15 minutes in low-medium flame.

  12. Add mustard seeds, red chilli, groundnut, urad dal and let it be splutter.
  13. Add curry leaves and chopped onion fry till translucent.
  14. Add salt to taste, turmeric powder a pinch, crushed shyavige.
  15. Fry for 2 minutes, garnish with coconut gratings and coriander leaves.
  16. Serve with ragi coffee.

  18. Heat water, add ragi flour, Coffee powder and Jaggery, mix well and bring it to boil finely.
  19. Add milk and serve.
