To begin with this recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can have cold brew coffee using 3 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you cook it.
The ingredients needed to make Cold Brew Coffee:
- Prepare 60 g medium roast Arabica beans, freshly coarse ground
- Take 20 g medium roast Robusta beans, freshly coarse ground
- Take 1 litre water
Steps to make Cold Brew Coffee:
- Mix the coarse ground beans in a pitcher or French press coffee maker
- Add 1 litre water, and stir gently.
- Cover with plastic wrap or cheesecloth and let sit at room temperature for 16 to 18 hours. I did this at 4pm so it should be ready by 8am tomorrow!
- When ready, put a coffee filter over a funnel and pour the cold brew coffee through it into another container.
- Serve by mixing one part cold brew with 1 part water, microwave if you like it hot. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
