- After all the layering is done pour oven boling water double the volume of meat ( you might have to add more mover half way through ) also sprinkle the olive oil and chuck in the bay leaf
- Boil on small/ medium heat for 1.30 hours
- In last few minutes of boling preheat the oven to 180 degreese for fan oven and 200 gas
- Put all the meat in oven tray and pour in a little bit of juices that meat cooked in ( to ensure moisture) pop into oven for 30 min.
