  1. Soak moong dal for 15 minutes. Chop all vegetables, make ginger garlic paste, cut green chillies in small pieces
  2. Keep earthen pot on gas. Heat the oil, then add mustard seeds when it splutters add cumin seeds, asaefoetida, green chillies, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste. Saute for 1 minute. Add onion saute again. Add tomatoes and carrot
  3. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Add remaining vegetables capsicum & green peas
  4. Remove water from moong dal then add soaked dal in pot, add dalia in dry form, roast it for few minutes
  5. Add all powdered spices such as cumin coriander powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder. Add salt as per taste
  6. Add 3 cups of water and stir it. Pour lemon juice. Cook it. When water starts reducing cover the lid
  7. Cook completely. Garnish with grated coconut & ghee.Enjoy hot
