- Wash dal properly then show for 30 minutes then add chopped tomato carrot turmeric powder and salt and cook in a pressure cooker until dal becomes soft. Can take Pan heat oil or butter then add mustard seeds whole green chilli cumin seeds as a fort area curry leaves and saute.
- Then add turmeric powder garam masala red chilli powder and Chopra tomato mix well when tomato cooked well then add cooked dal mix well.at last add paneer, chopped coriander lemon juice and mix well, then when you want to serve then pour daal in serving bowl garnish with coriander and grated carrot.
