  5. Place single serving of the ramen bundle into a bowl, for each bowl. Take the broth mixture and pour over ramen. Cover the ramen with a plate or something to trap the steam in so the mixture can cook the ramen. About 7 minutes.
  6. Add a healthy amount of green scallions, chopped bacon, eggs (cut in halves and deshelled), and sprinkle everything but the bagel seasoning over bowl to desired amount.
  7. Lastly, drizzle some of the set aside bacon fat over the ramen to add a little extra flavor.
