  5. Then add ginger garlic paste and fry until the raw smell goes off.Add tomato sauté it then add curd Saute pudina or mint for 2 mins. Next add green Chana and Saute for 4 minutes.Take aside.
  6. Take cooker add rice 1 teaspoon ghee clove, bay leaf green cardamom Pour water and add lemon juice,salt. Stir well and Pressure cooker, cover the lid and cook on a low heat for 70 percent cook the rice.
  7. Take cooker layered with raw green chana masala than rice than golden brown onion mint leaves than coriander leaves dum for 5/7 minutes in low heat then Serve hot.
