The ingredients needed to make Nasi Goreng:
- Take fulls of diced carrot
- Prepare red pepper
- Prepare small onion
- Prepare small broccoli
- Prepare hot curry powder
- Take tumeric
- Prepare chilli powder
- Get dark soya sauce
- Take eggs
- Prepare day old rice - spiced
- Get chicken leg or thigh
- Make ready flat peas
Steps to make Nasi Goreng:
- Boil the rice up 24hrs before Use 2 frying pans and heat up a little oil, 1 for all the vegetables and second for flat peas. Fry on a medium to high heat
- Flake in chicken leg/thighs a heat through Keep an eye on the vegetables
- Add the rice and spice up to taste…. hot 😉
- Make a hollow in the rice and fry up the eggs… let them cook almost half way then mix it all up…. I used 2 eggs
- Add and mix up all the vegetables and rice before adding soya sauce to taste… heat for another 5 mins or so
