- Mash boiled raw banana and potato. Now add besan or mayda salt 1 teaspoon cumin powder,1 teaspoon coriander powder,1 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1 green chilli chopped, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste.mixed well make balls from it.
- Deep fry the balls. Kofta is ready.
- For gravy add whole garam masala along with bay leaf and dry red chilli in oil. After few seconds add chopped onion and stir well.
- After 5 mins add tomato puree and 3 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and stir.
- After 7-8 mins add salt as per taste 2 teaspoon cumin powder,2 tea turmeric powder, 2 teaspoon red chilli powder. Mix all the masal.
- When the masala cooked properly then add 1 cup of water.
- After 5 mins add fried kofta. Cover it.
- After 2 mins add 2 teaspoon garam masala powder. Put the gas off.
- Raw banana kofta curry is ready to eat.
