  1. Mash boiled raw banana and potato. Now add besan or mayda salt 1 teaspoon cumin powder,1 teaspoon coriander powder,1 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1 green chilli chopped, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste.mixed well make balls from it.
  2. Deep fry the balls. Kofta is ready.
  3. For gravy add whole garam masala along with bay leaf and dry red chilli in oil. After few seconds add chopped onion and stir well.
  4. After 5 mins add tomato puree and 3 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and stir.
  5. After 7-8 mins add salt as per taste 2 teaspoon cumin powder,2 tea turmeric powder, 2 teaspoon red chilli powder. Mix all the masal.
  6. When the masala cooked properly then add 1 cup of water.
  7. After 5 mins add fried kofta. Cover it.
  8. After 2 mins add 2 teaspoon garam masala powder. Put the gas off.
  9. Raw banana kofta curry is ready to eat.
