- Add eno fruit salt to the batter and mix well for 10 seconds. Add the batter to the greased plates and cook in the steamer for approx. 10 minutes. Spongy Khaman Dhokla are ready.
- Tempering: heat 2 teaspoon oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, sesame seeds to it. When the seeds start to crakle add asofoetida, green chillies and curry leaves and saute for few seconds.
- Pour the tempering on the dhoklas. Garnish with coriander leaves. Yummy tasty naylon Khaman are ready.
