- Add chicken pieces into a large pot and 1 cup of water as well as 1 tablespoon of Olive oil. Let it boil till chicken is well cooked
- Chop up the remaining half of the onion, garlic clove and ginger as well as 1/2 green pepper and grate 1 tomato. Place them inside the pot with the chicken and let it boil for 15 min
- Add 1 tablespoon of chicken spice. 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon of Worcester sauce, 1 teaspoon of brown onion powder and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Mix well and let gravy good for 15 minutes
