- After steaming make a tadka in a pan add some Oil for heat then add Mustard Seeds & Curry Leaves, when it sprinkle add water and sugar when sugar dissolves add salt in it when Water is cool add lemon juice and mix it well…
- When Dhokla is done and it cools down then cut it by Knife, add Tadka-Water in Dhokla and serve it on a Plate….
