- Take water in steamer and heat, place the tin into the steamer and cover the lid.
- Steam it for 20 minutes on medium flame.
- Open the lid and check with the help of a knife. Turn of the flame and keep aside.
- Heat a tadka pan, add mustard, green chillies, curry leaves and fry for few seconds.
- Add salt and water. Add some water. Turn of the flame.
- Take out the dhokha from the tin with the help of a knife.
- Cut it into pieces.
