- For tadka :Heat the pan with 3 tablespoon oil in a low medium flame. Add mustard seeds,curry leaves,and slit green chillies,add half cup of water in the pan and allow it to boil.squeeze lemon,2 tsp of sugar. And switch off the flame.
- Pour the tadka on the dhokla prepared and garnish it with fresh coriander leaves and grated coconut.
