- Then make a tempering heat the oil in a tadka pan add mustard seed after crackle of seed then add curry leaves and green chilli water then sugar boil for 1 min
- Then pour and spread the tadka in a dhokla plate wait for 5 min then garnish with spread of chopped coriander leaves and grated coconut then dhokla is ready to serve
