- Marinate chicken with ginger/garlic paste, tandoori masala & lemon juice.
- Put oil,stir fry ginger julienne for few seconds & add marinated chicken and stir fry for few seconds and then add 1/4 cup water and cover for 15 minutes till its tender.
- Now add in salt, ketchup, chilli garlic sauce, Hp sauce and water 1/4 cup and stir fry it for a minute.
- Next add in all veggies and stir again for a minute or cover for 2 minutes.
- Dish out & serve with boiled rice.
