- Take a bowl, add gram flour, lemon juice, a pinch salt, Turmeric powder, ginger -green chiili paste and make like (idli batter) with water.
- Keep aside the batter for 30 minutes
- Now in a deep bottom vessel add 2 cups of water and put a stand on it and makes boiling.
- After 30 min the batter is set, now grease tha dhokla tin and heat for 2-3 seconds.
- Now add eno (fruit salt) on tha dhokla batter and mix with the help of hand blender for only 1 minute.
- And transfer the batter on dhokla tin and set very well.
- Now put the dhokla tin on the stand, and cover the vessel lid and cook in medium flame for 20-30 minutes.
- Now check with a knife if cooked…turn off the gas flame and keep aside for cooling.
- Now heat the tadka pan add oil,Mustard seeds, 2 green chiili. When splutter add a cup of water then add sugar and let it boil.
- When dissolves the sugar, spread the tadka over the dhokla…
