- Add lemon juice,oil, salt to the batter & mix it well.let the batter rest for 10 min after that add eno to the batter & mix it clockwise.
- Take a greased bowl pour the batter immediately into the bowl after that adding eno.keep the batter bowl inside the steamer.
- Steam it for 20 min
- For the tempering :- take a tadka pan pure oil & add hing, mustard seeds, green chillies,curry leaves, water, sugar, once it done add coriander leaves.
- Once the dhoklas are done pour the tadka over them.
- Serve with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
