- In a pan take a tsp of ghee. Add bay leaf + cumin seeds + cinnamon stick. Sauté for awhile.
- Now add onion + ginger garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell goes away. Now add tomato+ green peas to it
- Later add chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and a tsp of jaggery. Mix well
- Now add paneer and gently mix and boil in simmer for 5 minutes until paneer is cooked. Optionally you can add a bit of water or a tsp of yogurt (regular or Greek). Add kasuri methi and coriander leaves as well. Also spray lemon juice.
