- Take a pan and turn on the flame on low. Now put sooji and besan together in it and roast it for 2-3 minutes.
 - After roasting it, add ghee. Stir continuously and mix it well.
 - After some time ghee melts. Stir it regularly till it becomes golden brown in color. Now put some raisins and almonds in it. Raisins become fluffy and almonds become roasted.
 - Now on other side prepare sugar syrup upto a nice boil and then add this syrup in roasted mixture.stir continuously carefully on medium flame.
 - After regular stirring, it becomes a little thick now turn off the flame. Let it cool. Now garnish it with some coconut powder and dry fruits.
 - Prasad Halwa is ready to serve.
