  3. In one big vessel place lots of ice cubes. On it placed another deep bottom vessel. Pour whipped cream,fresh cream and dragon fruit juicy mixture. With electric blender whipped mixture for few minutes to get thick creamy mixture.
  4. Pour in airtight glass container. Keep to Chill overnight or 8-10 hours in freezer.
  5. At time of serving. Scoop out from prepared frozen dragon fruit ice-cream. Place in ice cream serving bowl. Serve/Relish Chilled Dragon fruit Ice-cream garnishing with green pistachio flakes and raisins.
