  2. Then cook the rice in sufficient water and add 2 bay leaves, cardemom, cloves, salt, lemon juice and some ghee.
  3. Remove rice from gas when they cooked 80 percent and drain them.
  4. Heat up the pan and add oil to it.
  5. Now add cumin seeds then ginger garlic paste.
  6. Then add onion paste, when the onions begin to golden add all the spices one by one.Now add tomatoes and salt to it.
  7. And add remaining ingredients.
  8. Deep fry the jackfruit pieces.And add them in masala.Now add some water to it to make thick greavy.Mix it well.
  9. Mix it properly.
  10. When it is done assemble the rice layer.
  11. In second layer add golden coloured onions, khada masala.Add veg biryani masala powder to it.
  12. Finally add golden onions, saffron milk, cashewnuts, ghee almonds, raisins and coriander leaves.
  13. Now cover the lid and coot it on low flame for 10 mn.
  14. Open the lid and garnish with cashewnuts, almonds, raisins, green and coriander leaves.
  15. For making chhachh mix curd and remaining ingredients and blend with water.
  16. Serve biryani with chhachh and riped mangoes.
