- Prepare 6-8 Bread slice depend on the size of bread cut in triangle
- Get 1/2 kg Milk (Tetra pack)

- Get 2 tbsp Kewra water
- Get 1/2 cup ghee for frying

- Heat the frying pan and melt the ghee. Fry all bread slices from both sides into a golden colour. Put them on a side. Meanwhile take a pot add milk, sugar, khoya, green cardamom and cook in low flame, giving it a stir every now & cook till milk becomes little thick.Add kewra water.
- Take a serving dish and place the fried bread slices and pour all hot thick milk.(remember bread soaks the milk
- When shahi tukra's & milk are on room temperature garnish with Almonds & Pistachios & serve.
- If you want hot serving or cold,so I prefer cold serving
