- Ab tawa garam ker ke oil daliye.
- Ab isme methi dana,ajwain bhi add ker do. Thordi der bhun lo.
- Fir egg mixture ko dal ker faila do and uper se black pepper bhi dal do. Tab gas medium me rakhna h. Omelette ka nichla hissa light brown hone do.
- Fir side change ker do and spoon se chhote chhote pieces m cut ker lo.
- Fir ek kardai m 1 tbsp oil garam kerke, usme omelette ke pieces dal ker fry kerna h, fir rice ko dalker egg ke sath achhi trh fry kerna h.
- Ab coriander leaves se garnish kerle aur tomato chatni ke saath khaiye khilaiye.
