- Take a nonstick pan put oil the add egg plant pcs pour eggs batter cover with lid and cook in low heat for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes flip on another side for 2 minutes with cover.
- Then fry in both sides with covered.
- Then serve with rice,roti or parantha.
