  2. In kadhai add heat oil add mustard-cummin seeds as splutter add curry leaves and turmeric powder, green chillies pieces. Add chopped raw bananas slices. Mix well add 3/4 glass of water. Cover and cook on low flame till tender.
  3. Add red chilli powder, dhania jeera powder salt and sugar. Mix and cook for 1 minute as all spices get incorporated with cooked banana slices.
