- Wash and peel the bananas. Cut them into small pieces and keep in water
- Heat oil in a kadai add jeera and rai when they crackle add curry leaves and green chilli fry for a few second,add the banana pieces to it stir fry for a few mins
- Add haldi powder, roasted jeera powder, chilli powder, chopped onion and stir fry on medium flame, add salt mix it well. Cover and cook on very low flame till the bananas are tender. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
