  4. Once the onions are transparent, add in the tomatoes and lower the heat so that the tomatoes can cook in the steam. This is optional though, you can add the tomatoes and stir until they are well cooked.
  5. Season with salt then add paprika soy sauce and your preferred spices then mix well. Let it cook for 2 to three minutes then add hoho and cover for about thirty seconds.
  6. Give it a good stir then turn off the source of heat and garnish with cilantro.
