  2. Prepare 1/2 cup fresh unsweetened yoghurt

  5. Set aside in a warm place, I put mine in food warmer for 4 good hours. It will be so thick. Transfer into suitable container n refrigerate.
  6. Put sugar as desired n enjoy.
