Fry potato cutlets in batches until golden brown on both sides. Between batches, add oil as needed. Boil the potatoes, mash them nicely and keep it aside and allow them to cool. Flavored with spices and fresh herbs.

- Wash potatoes and whistle it 3 times on medium flame. - Peel it off and mash it.
- Then add all above-mentioned ingredients to it except bread crumbs and all-purpose flour. - Check out that stuffing should not be soft.
- If it's soft then add 2 cups of poha to it to make thick consistency. - Then after mix it well and make medium size cutlet of it. - Now make all-purpose slurry by adding little water to it.
- Mix it well and check out that there should not be any lumps in it. - Now take 1 by 1 all cutlets and drop it in to a slurry and then after coat it with bread crumbs. - Press little bit so that bread crumbs stick to cutlet. - Repeat it 2 times.
- Now keep it in fridge for 30 minutes. - Then after heat oil in a pan and fry all cutlets on medium flame till it becomes golden brown in colour,crispy and crunchy.
- Transfer it in to the plate and serve it with green chutney/imli chutney/tomato sauce or mayonnaise according to your choice. - Enjoy this hot and scrumptious cutlet immediately for good and awesome taste.
