Steps to make Kurkure Paneer:
  1. In a bowl take 3 tablespoons cornflour and 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, then add a bit of kasuri methi,1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste, 1/2 tsp chaat masala, salt per taste, 1 tsp of Kashmiri Red chilli powder for colour, 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder add required water and make batter (Don't make it very thin)
  2. Take the cornflakes in a bowl and roughly cursh it.Take paneer pieces has to be dip it properly and coat it with cornflex. Heat oil in high flame
  3. In this way you have to all the paneer and deep fry for about three minutes.
