- For the sauce. Place a pan/wok on medium Flame, add vegetable oil. Saute the onion for about 2 minutes. Add the pepper mix and fry. This will take about 5 minutes. Add a pinch of salt and seasoning to taste.
- Add the roasted meat to the sauce and mix. Garnish with the bell peppers and onion.
